Prospects of Computer-Aided Molecular Design of Coumarins as Ecotoxicologically Safe Plant Protection Agents

نویسندگان

چکیده

Coumarins are secondary plant metabolites widely distributed in higher plants, bacteria, fungi, and sponges. This great structural diversity of these natural compounds their synthesized derivatives enables wide range pharmacological activities, such as antioxidant; antibacterial; antifungal; anti-human immunodeficiency infection; anti-tubercular; anti-cancer which were very well reviewed previously. There also many reports about effectiveness against pathogenic pests (phytopathogenic nematodes, insects). These protect environmental enemies competing plants. However, there is still limited literature on coumarins’ practical applications agriculture, effects beneficial populations soil organisms. review summarizes recent knowledge the coumarins phytopathogens A separate section dedicated to poorly computer-aided molecular design (CAMD) methods agrochemicals. Prediction coumarin hazardous using a quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) approach was reviewed.

Computer Aided Molecular Modeling Of Membrane Metalloprotease

Molecular modeling is a set of computational techniques for construction of 3D structure of a protein especially membrane bound proteins whose structures can not be elucidated using experimental techniques. These techniques has been applied in the study of membrane metalloproteases for comparing wild and mutated enzymes, docking inhibitors in the catalytic site and examination of binding pocket...

Classifications and Properties of Materials for Chairside Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing Dentistry: A Review

Background and Aim: Chairside computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems have become considerably more accurate, reliable, efficient, fast, and prevalent since 1985 when CEREC was introduced. The inceptive restorative material option for chairside CAD/CAM restorations was limited to ceramic blocks. Today, restorative material options have been multiplied and include me...

computer aided forging design

in forging design the significant parameters are maximum load or energy which are required for the selection of forging press or hammer. these two parameters are varied by the other paramelers such as the geometry of die cavity, flash dimensions, shape of the work piece, friction, mechanical properties of the metal to be forged, temperature, strain rate, and number of the forging operation. the...
